· Tools like ChatGPT and other generative AIs let leaders and professionals:

o Break down complex problems

o Explore multiple scenarios and trade-offs

o Challenge assumptions and biases

o Turn complexity into clear options with pros/cons

· Use: “Act as my strategic advisor—help me reason through this complex, messy decision.”
